Being a retired teacher with 29 years under my belt...I can tell you exactly what's going on at WalMart......If the person who made and wrote on the cake was a student in the 80's, well now that was when spelling was out.....some "wonderful folks from the head office decided that students didn't need to know how to spell.....LOL.......Sometimes we just have to laugh or we resort to screaming in frustration.....
